Managing Director & Portfolio Manager

Mr. Niraj Bardia is the founder of Arth Portfolio Management Private Limited – a SEBI registered PMS.
He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the US.
He has previously worked at ICICI Mutual Fund & Multi-Act PMS in various roles in the domain of equity research & investment management before starting his own SEBI registered investment advisory firm in August 2018.
During August 2018 to March 2024 period, the median returns of the advisory client accounts managed by him stood at 36% per annum (net of fees & expenses) as against 15% delivered by its benchmark (BSE-500 TRI). Click here to know more
His advisory setup was converted into a PMS after the receipt of portfolio management license from SEBI in January 2024.
Under the PMS, he is the chiefly responsible for carrying out the core functions of equity research and portfolio management.

Chief Business Development Officer

Deepak is a veteran within the industry with a rich experience in the PMS operations domain spanning over 15 years.
He holds the prestigious Master of Business Administration (MBA) certification and has worked with reputed asset management companies in the past.
Under the PMS he is responsible for overseeing its core operations.
He finds great pleasure in interacting with like-minded investors and hence going at great lengths to ensure client satisfaction comes naturally to him.

Chief Operating Officer

With over 40+ years of experience in domain of finance, accounting and corporate affairs, he adds immense value in managing the day-to-day affairs of the company.
He oversees the accounting, legal, taxation & secretarial functions of the company.
